Cheap! Cheap! Here. Just joking. I enjoy receiving and giving Christmas baskets. Therefore, I thought I'd write a blog about some of the best products you can choose to add to the baskets. It can be expensive or inexpensive; it all depends on your budget. It is a gift that you can reuse, redo, and repurpose each year. The countdown to Christmas is official here, and I started with my blogs about where to find the best gift baskets. Let's start with the DYI Gift basket accessories purchase.

Hobby Lobby- with plenty of options, I found the store to be a little disorganized this year compared to other years. If you're giving sewing essentials and notions baskets as a gift. The sewing fabrics were Christmas-themed fabrics. For other baskets, you'll have to spend several hours locating all the products to put into the baskets. Baskets are plentiful in supply
Micheals- This one was a bit of a surprise this year. It had plenty of supplies and was well organized From the moment I entered the store, I knew I could pick up all the supplies I needed in an organized manner. The fabric on the bolt pieced is new to the store and is a little more expensive than in other stores. To me, it has been expected since its first year. They also have the fabric in 2 yards, 1 yard that will fit perfectly in a Christmas Gift Basket. I enjoyed the ease of it all. Plenty of baskets
8 Local Grocer / Speciality Store- Purchase gromet treats and goodies and fill your baskets. There will be plenty of goodies in a few weeks to fill any baskets. Makes a great hostess thank you for having us over for the holiday gifts. You can wrap each cookie or treat individually, as shown in the photograph.
Now for some choices that don't always fit in a basket. Thinking out of the box with creative items to use as a gift basket. Some of these are created from visiting their store and seeing what I would choose from the items they sell.
Claires- Mini Backpack filled with all the things little girls need. Hair accessories, jewelry, backpack charms, and fun little items that she might enjoy.
Zumiez skates-skateboard deck, accessories, clothing. They have several items one can purchase to contain the gifts. That's what a gift basket is after all, right?
Calvin Klein- we are getting more into the older teen years. They are my pick for this year's designer puffy coat This might be perfect with a clothing rack and book on designer looks.
Karl Logifield- This is perfect for older teens, young adults, college, and travel. I thought the luggage filled with clothing would make for a good gift, along with airline tickets. He has the cutest suitcase on display this year that would make a perfect Christmas Gift.

Game of Checkers: Strategic games are your thing. It's all about strategies and who will become KING. Then there are some beautiful tables and chess or checker games to learn and play.
2. Starting a home; have a college attendee in 2025. Fill a large basket with all the kitchen items the couple will need. If arranged correctly, it can be a beautiful and practical gift.
3. Kay Jewelers- What can I say that my business name doesn't already say? Pick a jewelry item and have a stuffed animal, teddy bear, or dog and place it in a small gift basket with an oversized bow. Perfect.
