Now I'm a Bride! What do I do First? (Part One (1)

The question was asked and you now have the desire to have that wedding you thought about at childhoold. What? you didn't think about a wedding when you were a child? Where do I start? What do first? Do I tell my family, friends, co-workers? Do I purchase all the latest apps? Magazines? Spend money to find out what to do first?

Advice I:

Before you do anything while you are still on the high of the engagement ask your fieance what type of wedding they had always dreamed about. Don't speek a word just listen. Then allow the other fiance to do the same. I know...I am not suppose to advice you this. Why? Because I am not making any money off you and neither are my co-worker.

Find the type of wedding you both agree on before announcing the engagement.

  1. Formal / Semi-formal / Casual

  2. Church Service / No Church Service

  3. Reception / No-Reception

  4. Buffet Service / Table Service

  5. Open Bar/Tab Bar/Cash Bar

Advice ll:

This is the most difficult between couples. Why? You will discover you don't have the money for what you both desire. This is normal. It's okay to feel what it is your feel. You need to know how much money you have for the actual wedding. Estimating your budget is important. Feel free to use the "My Wedding Budget" link provided or on
